No Sharing and security tab on Server 2003

Start->Run->services.msc then find server

server -> you have to start the service ->ok

then press ctrl+shift+esc -> task manager

from processes tap select explore.exe - >end process

then file->new task-> explorer.exe->ok

now you can get the sharing and security tab.
